Chicken Noodle Casserole

Chicken Noodle Casserole is the perfect comfort food dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Uncooked Egg Noodles
  • 2 cups Cooked, Shredded Chicken*
  • 10 ounces Frozen Pea and Carrot Mix
  • 10 ounces Frozen Corn
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a greased 13 X 9 baking dish.
    Boil egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain.
    Mix all remaining ingredients together in large bowl. Add drained egg noodles; stir until incorporated. Pour mixture into your prepared baking dish.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes  or until warmed throughout. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with grated parmesan if desired.

Notes

* To save time, use store bought rotisserie chicken. I used pre-shredded cooked chicken from HEB.
