Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a greased 13 X 9 baking dish.Boil egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain.Mix all remaining ingredients together in large bowl. Add drained egg noodles; stir until incorporated. Pour mixture into your prepared baking dish.Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until warmed throughout. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with grated parmesan if desired.
Notes
* To save time, use store bought rotisserie chicken. I used pre-shredded cooked chicken from HEB.
